3. Pricing and Payment
Website services are offered at a one-time payment of $297. This price includes the website, custom domain, hosting, and ongoing updates. There are no monthly fees, subscriptions, or hidden charges. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
4. Website Ownership
Upon purchase, the website becomes the property of the buyer. The website is hosted on the Vercel platform at no additional cost to the buyer. CliftonSites retains the right to use screenshots and descriptions of completed websites for portfolio and marketing purposes.
5. SMS Terms of Service
By opting in to receive SMS messages from CliftonSites, you agree to the following:
- Message Types: You may receive SMS messages related to website project updates, preview links, promotional offers, and marketing communications.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on project status and engagement. You will not receive more than 10 messages per month.
- Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
- Help: For assistance with SMS messages, reply HELP to any message or contact us at support@cliftonsites.com.
- Consent: Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from CliftonSites.

CliftonSites reserves the right to remove preview websites at any time. Preview websites display a banner indicating they are previews and are not the official website of the business.
7. Updates and Changes
After purchase, website owners may request updates and changes to their website at no additional cost by contacting us via email. We will make reasonable efforts to complete requested changes promptly. CliftonSites reserves the right to decline requests that are unreasonable in scope or require functionality beyond standard website features.
8. Limitation of Liability
CliftonSites provides websites and services on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
